Dental Implants
Unlike some other tooth replacement options like dentures, dental implants are designed to last a lifetime with proper care and preserve your jawbone from atrophy.
Wisdom Teeth Extractions
While they may have been essential for our distant ancestors who had coarser diets, modern humans have evolved to the point where these additional molars are no longer needed.
All-On-4/Teeth-In-A-Day
All-on-4 dental implants, also known as “teeth in a day” or “full arch dental implants,” are a revolutionary solution for individuals with multiple missing teeth or those facing complete tooth loss in one or both arches.
Tooth Extractions
Extractions are performed as a way to relieve pain, preserve your oral health, and start the dental implant process for tooth replacement.
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting is a surgical procedure that is essential for patients who have areas of bone loss around the jaw. Bone loss can often occur as a result of a variety of different conditions. Bone loss can cause your face to look sunken-in and make implants difficult or even impossible to place.
Sinus Lift
Before obtaining dental implants, a surgical treatment called a sinus lift may occasionally be required to increase the quantity of bone and reinforce the implant region. The surgery increases the volume of bone by adding bone to the sinus space between the upper molars and premolars.
Biopsies
This is a surgical operation in which a tiny portion of tissue from the area is taken to identify the anomaly’s source and whether it is malignant. The oral surgeon will take a sample from your gum, jaw, or tooth if the lesion is in the bone or soft tissue of your mouth.
Nerve Repositioning
The inferior alveolar nerve, which gives feeling to the lower lip and chin, may need to be moved in order to make room for the placement of dental implants in the lower jaw. This procedure is limited to the lower jaw and may be indicated when teeth are missing in the area of the two back molars and/or second premolars.
Gingivectomy
Gingivectomy is usually done before gum disease has damaged the bone supporting the teeth. A gingivectomy is necessary when the gums have pulled away from the teeth creating deep pockets. The pockets make it hard to clean away plaque and calculus.
Gum Grafting
Gum graft surgery is a dental procedure for treating thinning gums or gum recession. Gum grafting covers exposed teeth roots and adds volume to your gum line, improving overall oral health.
Coronectomy
This is a surgical operation in which a tiny portion of tissue from the area is taken to identify the anomaly’s source and whether it is malignant. The oral surgeon will take a sample from your gum, jaw, or tooth if the lesion is in the bone or soft tissue of your mouth.
Frenectomy
A frenectomy is an oral surgery procedure that treats a lip-tie or tongue-tie. It may be used to increase your tongue’s range of motion or help close a gap between two teeth. Frenectomy is a simple treatment that offers a wide range of benefits.
